Dr Tucker and Dr Cannon have been AMAZING to me. Both very caring, answering all of my questions and being very patient. I felt comfort in knowing that I can call and get in touch with them if I have any questions later. I have had televisits with both and again they were both AMAZING! Can’t say enough about these 2 ladies! They have both went above and beyond for my care! I have recommended both of them to several friends and my daughters are their patients and love them both just as I do!

Very poor experiences here. Dr. Frost was very impersonal (and extremely late). Giving two stars because the NPs that i’ve seen have all been wonderful and helpful. Dr. Frost made insensitive comments pertaining to nutrition and when I asked her if this was her official recommendation or opinion she stopped her line of questioning. Irritating and unnecessary. Decided to give another shot but scheduling a procedure was an absolute nightmare (30+ minute hold times and zero callbacks) - bottom line I wouldn’t recommend Alliance to anyone and I most definitely won’t be returning.

I see a lot of doctors, but I was really blown away by the way I was treated by Dr. Cannon. I really felt like she listed to everything I said, and she took me seriously. She was confident in her experience, and still made me feel heard. I’m really impressed, and I can’t wait to continue my care journey with her.

Caring, comforting and kind people are always welcoming and available for patients. Because of Covid I hadn’t been in for several years, and my PA and Doc both had retired, but the consistent supportive care was the same. Emily, who is my new PA is 100% there for me, just like Diane was. I recommend Alliance wholeheartedly.

Extremely disappointed in the care I’ve received at Alliance. During my first pregnancy with Alliance I expressed my concerns about pain and heavy bleeding and I was pushed off. I ended up passing my baby before Alliance got me to check on the pregnancy. My second pregnancy with Alliance hasn’t been any better. Several doctors have told me, “Sometimes doctors just don’t have the answer.” Without any intentions of finding the answer. There has been continuous times where Alliance has failed to communicate with me effectively leaving me clueless and uninformed. I have asked and done the paperwork twice for my records to be sent over to another facility and they have failed to send my records in their entirety. If you intend to have a PERFECT pregnancy here then this place could be fine for you, but if not choose another doctor. 0/5 stars

Dr. Frost is nice and professional. There was a mixup with scheduling that had me confused. I had a tele-health visit scheduled and then needed to move it up a month but apparently wasn't allowed to reschedule without paying $159 up front. Not sure how I was able to make the visit initially without paying upfront? but other than that it's a nice office.

I just saw Julie Malloch this morning and cannot say enough how amazing she was. It is tough sometimes to find a good ob/gyn and I haven't had the best luck lately but after leaving the office, I just felt SO much relief knowing I found this office and Julie. Also, super cozy office and everyone was very friendly.

The medical providers are nice and knowledgeable. However there were several issues with communication that are inexcusable, one being that I was told I had a condition during pregnancy, and then I had to call back and specifically ask if there was anything special I needed to do or avoid, and there were indeed several things I needed to avoid, thank goodness I called back and advocated for myself
